The house will be fully decorated with trees and English decorations everywhere. The tables will have crackers and Xmas decor too .
SANTA will pay a visit for the KIDS with a small present and it will SNOW!

We would love to you take you back in time to a bygone era. The experience includes a short tour of our historical house built 1903 and filled with antiques from England & SA, together with a few short stories!
Dave, one of the family owners, often plays music on the organ and keyboards, creating a wonderful special atmosphere.
Our English Xmas High Tea will have festive flavours and is all waitress service. It is served traditionally on fine China cakestands and includes a Pot of tea or a coffee plunger of local Baruchs freshly brewed coffee. Filtered jugs of water with lemon & mint will also be on your table free of charge

KIDS – GARDEN PLAY AREA
We now have a tree house and slide , sandpit,
seesaw, swing, ride on cars and beautiful safely fenced gardens to be free in whilst you relax. The kids will have a mini high tea portion inc a juice.

Full payment is required upon booking, unless it’s a large group, then we take 50% deposit with full payment a minimum 3 days before .

‼️FREE PICK UP & RETURN SHUTTLE FROM TOURISM OFFICE‼️
We will pick you up in Betty’s Free shuttle service outside Tourism Office. This means you can park your car safely at the tourism car park/ back of Checkers Centre and not stress about finding Betty’s location as we are well hidden ! We whisk you up to Betty’s within only 2 minutes and return you afterwards.
OR you can book a vintage car pick up for only R90 per person in Shelby, our 1934 Morris Car, for a ride around the point, stopping off for memorable photos & return to your car after your tea.
