 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went for 1 night. Driving from cape town we only arrived after 7pm. I had booked our dinner earlier via whats app where they gave the weeks menu. After booking in we received our dinner within 30minutes. We also had a complimentory upgrade to the rose room from the secret garden originally booked. (Each room has its own theme) The service, the food, the views were all spectacular. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we will definitely be going back.

The hotel has lots of quirkiness to it that works creating a relaxed and fun environment. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

St Blaze Hiking Trail

The St. Blaize Trail is a popular 13.5 km (6 hour) hike that follows the 30 metre contour along the cliffs westwards from the Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse. It begins at the Cave below the Lighthouse, and ends at Dana Bay (you can walk it in either direction), and is marked with the sign of the Oystercatcher. Parking is available at both the St. Blaize Cave and Dana Bay.

Bartholomew Dias Museum

The Bartolomeu Dias museum complex was officially opened on 3 February 1989, however the Mossel Bay museum industry can be traced back to the 1960’s when the Mossel Bay museum was first opened. The museum later became known as the Post Tree museum complex before being renamed again in 1989.

Pinnacle Point Golf Club

Overlooking the Indian Ocean near Mossel Bay, and designed by Peter Matkovich and 2011 Open Champion, Darren Clarke, Pinnacle Point is one of the most unique and scenic golf courses in the world. This Clifftop Fynbos Golf Course inspires the golfer to play this challenging layout with a level of respect due to its dramatic views and breathtaking terrain.

Carola Ann's

Where the best seasonal ingredients are sourced locally and skilfully prepared on the premises. Breakfast and lunch are served with a Middle Eastern, Mediterranean twist. We do catering for special events too.

Café Gannet & Blue Oyster Bar

The Café Gannet Restaurant is Mossel Bay's seafood House. Acclaimed for local seafood specialties, ingeniously prepared. Coastal oysters, black mussels and Mossel Bay Sole are delivered daily from the harbour to make a delectable and varied a la carte menu, which includes pizza, salads, meat dishes, light lunches and Rainbow Cuisine.

Jakkalsvlei Vineyards

This 34ha vineyard is situated 40km from the Indian Ocean at the foot of the Langeberg mountains. The combination of the southern and northern slopes of these mountains allow for the cultivation of quality grapes on the Jakkalsvlei wine farm. Join us for wine-tasting at the restaurant & wine shop.

Mossel Bay Oyster & Sushi Bar

right on the water, watch the divers and life boat crew train and feast on fresh oysters and locally made sushi. The word oyster is used as a common name for a number of different families of saltwater clams, bivalve molluscs that live in marine or brackish habitats.

Oyster World

This rustic beach like setting next to the Great Brak river, with the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. They serve well priced oysters that are delicious. Their oyster bread starter. is amazing - home made bread smothered in a white sauce with chopped oysters. Absolutely heavenly!
